The Facility is comprised of a 650,000 SF warehouse originally built in 1969 (450,000 SF) and expanded in 1977 (250,000 SF). The building sits on +/-48-acres and is supported by an on-site 115/13.8 kVa substation and a rail spur serviced by Georgia and Florida Railway (GFRR).The adjacent ~300 acre site is under common ownership and the combined site offers expansion capacity of up to ~3 million square feet.
