Former Fraternal Order of Eagles building at the intersection of E State St and Sececa Way designed in 1928 by prominent architect, Arthur Norman Gibb (Cornell, B.Arch., 1890). The 23,000-square foot architectural gem still retains much of its unique historical aesthetic, and now embodies the creative spirit of Ithaca as the Community School of Music and Arts.
