This is a free standing building. We have 2660 sq. ft. space and 5300 sq. ft. space for immediate occupation. The other tenants in the building are Ace Hardware and Bog Micro Brewery. This site is situated on the main road in Norton and not too far from Wheaton College. There is plenty of parking. CVS is next door and Walgreens is across the street.
