Muroff Daigle Hospitality Group is proud to announce the historic Swiss Hutte is new to the market. With solid financials and a loyal following, this beautiful Inn and Restaurant has long been known as one of the finest in The Berkshires. The Swiss Hutte is an old Farm House built in the mid 1800’s by the Nicholson Family. In the mid 1970’s a second building was added to the Property with 12 rooms – a total of 14 in all. There is an outdoor pool area, a maintenance building and a brook fed pond with a shaded deck, all surrounded by beautiful gardens, large trees, and the Berkshire Hills in a hidden valley. In 1986, the present Innkeepers, Gert and Cindy Alper, purchased the Swiss Hutte. Since then the Swiss Hutte has been practically rebuilt from the ground up. The well trained staff mans the kitchen and restaurant seamlessly with or without the current owner. There are several beautiful dining rooms, a cozy bar with fireplace, outdoor patio dining, and conference and event space for weddings, corporate and social functions. The Swiss Hutte has one of the very finest reputations in the Berkshires’, and the fine staff will be proud to carry on its tradition.
