A former factory building renovated in 1983, the Venture Center is owned by the Franklin County Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit economic development organization serving all of western Massachusetts. The Venture Center incubates businesses by keeping rents low and offering businesses amenities such as shared kitchen, conference room, and restroom spaces, as well as access to the copier/printer/scanner, and to mail delivery.
