USC University Village is a $700 million mixed-use development sitting on 15 acres featuring several five-story residence halls housing up to 2,700 students each year. University Village’s 467 space underground validated parking lot is entered on the west side of Hoover St. and 32nd St. providing easy access for locals, visitors, and the USC community to any of its 30+ shops, restaurants, and services.
The premises benefits for the full time student population of USC, University Village is the main retail, restaurant, and shopping hub for the campus and is open and freely accessible to the public. Regional daily needs anchor tenants Target, CVS, and Trader Joe's bring customers to the Village year round. The Shops at University Village has a bevy of hip restaurants and retailers as well as business service providers including FedEx office. USC is also in the works of a plan for students to use their prepaid meal plan cards at any one of the Villages restaurants.
