Westside Bottling is located at 3214 Hillsborough Rd in Durham near the at the cross-section of I-85, Highway 15-501, and The Durham Expressway. This site that is currently the home of the Durham Coca Cola Bottling Company warehouse, will be transformed into a Class-A Mixed-Use development with a mission of bringing the best-in-class retail, restaurants and residential dwellings to the Durham community. The development plan shows 370 apartments, 36 townhomes and 71,652 square feet of commercial space. The retail will be served by 400 surface parked spaces, and the multi-family will park separately in a 5.5 level parking deck. The multi-family project will be five-story mid-rise development of highly amenitized market-rate units. There will also be four floors of residences above the ground-level retail shops. The townhomes will be spread across four buildings along Rosemary Avenue and Bellevue Avenue.
