The retail is in front of the main building, fronting Lawler Center Drive, consisting of two 3600 square foot single-story buildings with prominent signage opportunities for tenants.
There is a large courtyard and pedestrian paseo connecting the retail and the apartments.
Each retail building is approximately 67 feet wide by 60 feet deep.
Each building can be split up to 3 spaces approximately 1200 s.f. each or a combination thereof. Each space has 400 amps.
The project also provides electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle lockers.
