You know us and love us from our already established creative buildings in East Williamsburg, Clinton Hill and New Jersey. Walls are ready to go up, so this is a perfect time to come tour the builidng if you're looking for a particular size unit. 1st Floor studios will all have street access either from Meadow St, Bogart St and Stagg St. This expansive floorplan can also be build to suit if you need a little extra square footage. Our basement Live Rehearsal and Production Studios are nearly ready as well. Some units can be combined to make larger units. Production and Live Rehearsal unit will be separate.
