The Griffin Building project is a complete redevelopment and change of occupancy of the 51,000 SF historic Griffin-Flynn Building located in the heart of Downtown Des Moines. The building is being converted into a mixed-use building with retail space at the street level, co-working office space on the second floor (skywalk level), and apartments on floors 3-6. The basement will be upgraded to include tenant storage spaces with updated mechanical and utility spaces.
