GenevaCho Medical Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to the vibrant yet underserved community of Koreatown. Formerly home to the Shriners Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the building is undergoing a complete renovation and remodel to create modern medical office suites on the ground, first, and second floors, designed to serve a wide variety of healthcare practices and related services. Plans also call for a fourth floor with 40 independent living units.
The vision for GenevaCho Medical Center is to function as a “mini-hospital,” offering top-tier facilities on the ground floor such as an imaging center, minor surgery center, kidney dialysis center, urgent care, and endoscopy labs. These services will be supported by a mix of medical offices, physical therapy centers, pharmacies, and retail suites on the upper floors. Private practices of all sizes and specialties will benefit from outstanding amenities, flexible suite configurations, premier signage opportunities, and the ability to collaborate with leading institutions including USC’s Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, UCLA, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Conveniently located within a Southern California Qualified Opportunity Zone, the center offers 180 on-site parking spaces along with additional street parking. It is just a half-mile from the Wilshire/Vermont Metro Station, allowing tenants to easily serve patients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. With more than 1.2 million residents living within a five-mile radius, GenevaCho Medical Center is positioned to become a hub for accessible, innovative, and collaborative healthcare in the heart of Koreatown.
