Westport Commons Phase 2, formerly Westport High School, is the second phase of a 16 acre redevelopment of a former school campus. Across the street is Plexpod Westport Commons which at 163K SF, is the largest coworking space in the world. Tenants of Phase 2 will have access to conference room space at Plexpod. In addition, through the partnership with Plexpod, if you need more or less space, you can easily flex up or down. Phase 1 has its own restaurant, coffee shop and bar. Phase 2 will likely have the same.
