This new state-of-the-art building offers from 4,000 ft² to 23,356 ft² of office space to be arranged according to the needs of the tenant. The construction completed in November 2020, is certified Distinction, an environmental program similar to LEED. It is possible to add a multi-storey parking lot with 52 spaces.
