The building is a 44,250 Sq.ft tilt-up concrete structure with clear height of 30’ to the underside of the trusses. An ESFR sprinkler system is provided which allows storage of a large range of products. A 600 volt 3 phase electrical service is available for each bay. Heating is provided via natural gas fired radiant heaters. Lighting is by way of 6 lamp T5 high bay fluorescent fixtures.
