The Mottman Building is a historic 1910 building which was outfitted with seismic upgrades in 2001. The building has wood floors, exposed wood beams and brick. There are windows on 3 sides of the building that brings in a lot of natural light. All the amenities of Pioneer Square are nearby including waterfall park, occidental park, sport stadiums, waterfront, galleries, coffee shops, restaurants and historic architecture. There is easy access to I-5 and I-90 along with all forms of public transportation including Sounder Train, Link Light Rail, Ferries and Streetcar.
