Highly stylized, turn-of-the-century, Italianate mansion was originally built as a private residential home for Michael Groh in 1872. Groh owned most of Marblehead, specializing in quarrying limestone, which can be seen throughout the architectural details of the mansion. In present day, this historic mansion features four floors, each with private access, providing accommodations for multiple tenants with beautifully restored hardwood floors and large rooms for modern offices.
