Commercial spaces are typically smaller in order to generate pedestrian activity. Nonresidential uses that are accessible to the general public are required at the street level. PERMITTED USES Commercial Agriculture: Farmer’s market, lawn and garden supply store, Market garden; Commercial Recreation and Assembly: Indoor recreation area, Outdoor recreation area, Reception or meeting hall; Food and Beverages: Bar, Restaurant; General Retail Sales and Services: Animal Boarding, Dry cleaning, Funeral home, Grocery Store, Liquor store, Package delivery service, Tobacco products shop, etc. CONDITIONAL USES Amphitheatre, Alternative financial establishment, Pawnshop, etc.
