Portman Holdings developed this award winning office tower in partnership with SunTrust Bank. Every floor is designed to provide 36 corner offices, making it an ideal headquarters for SunTrust Bank, as well as several large corporate law firms and professional services firms. The development opened in 1992, and received the 2004 Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY)from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). A future office expansion is planned for the complex.
