Eban Village I, consisting of 110 units requires at least 40% or more of the units in the project are and will continuously be maintained as both Rent-Restricted and occupied by individuals whose income is 60% or less of Area Median Gross Income. At least 11 of the units be occupied by tenants at or below 50% of Area Median Income, and rents for these units are not higher than the allowable tax credit rents at 50% AMI level.
Eban Village II, consisting of 220 units, requires at least 40% or more of the units in the project are and will continuously be maintained as both Ren-Restricted and occupied by individuals whose income is 60% or less of Area Median Income. At least 66 of the units be occupied by tenants at or below 50% of Area Median Income, and rents for these units are not higher than the allowable tax credit rents at 50% AMI level. At least 10% of the units are set-aside for persons with physical or mental disabilities.
