The space has hard flooring, and 3 of the offices have views of the courtyard below. There is plenty of parking in the complex and there is possibility of some sort of signage but would have to be approved by the condo association. A fourth room could be a small office, or storage/file room. All utilities except internet and janitorial are paid by the landlord.
