The park was recently upgraded with the completion of a more than $1 million dollar capital improvement program. Exterior improvements included totally refurbished courtyards with new block pavers, fountains and planters, new landscaping and repaving of parking lots. Inside, the lobbies , bathrooms and cafeterias have been redone with new stonework and wood paneling. Simone Development has invested a total of $25 million in the acquisition and renovation of the Harrison Executive park, which it acquired in May 2001.
