The Ort Building
Historic Office Spaces | Elk City Historic District
The Ort Building, named after the Ort sisters who once operated a grocery store on site, is a historic Italianate-style structure built in the 1890s. The building was meticulously restored in the late 2000s and has been exceptionally well maintained.
Architectural details include hardwood floors, original doors, fluted column casing, decorative rosettes, and exposed brick in select areas. Central air systems were updated within the last year. All units have dedicated mail slots located in the front foyer, and a USPS mailbox is conveniently positioned directly out front.
Centrally located in the growing Elk City Historic District, the property is surrounded by retail shops, restaurants, a brewery, a distillery, a winery, and a range of professional services.
Multiple office spaces are available on the first, second, and third floors, as outlined below.
