Built in 1913 on the site of the San Diego Cable Railway power house to house 4 retail stores and offices. Remodeled into an interior design business and furniture showroom in 1974. Became an art gallery and performance space in 1994. In 2002 it was converted into offices for Aesthetics, Inc., a healthcare design firm. In 2020, Aesthetics vacated 301 Spruce, the 5,000 sf building on Spruce St., and relocated into two cottages in the building's rear courtyard, where their offices still currently operate.
