301 N. Prairie is a great opportunity for a partial owner-user to acquire one of the highest image buildings in Inglewood. The six-story building is 84,957 square feet on Prairie Avenue and is within a walking distance along Prairie to The Forum, SoFi Stadium and the surrounding developments which have seen close to more than $10 billion of investments in the last decade.
