Scalable Data Center, Solar, and Battery Opportunity
The campus in Wichita Falls is a sprawling 410-acre phased data center campus. The project has undergone a comprehensive due diligence process that has identified minimal development risks. Adjacent to Oncor’s City View Switching Station and triple 138kV transmission lines. The First phase allows for approximately 70 MW of behind-the-meter solar and battery, with an initial 10 MW available from Oncor. In the longer term, the campus offers a potential 591 MW load capacity. The in-place Light Industrial zoning
has no FAR or height limit, allowing for significant expansion. The unencumbered surface rights allow for flexible site designs and layout options. With its abundant fiber networks, the campus offers a high-value alternative to the congested Dallas-Fort Worth Corridor.
