Now Available, the former Norfolk & Southern Roundhouse. This structure (a quarter of the original structure) was once used for changing the direction of cars and locomotives on the N & S Rail line. The structure is very heavy duty in its ability to handle loads, and even today the facility has multiple overhead cranes for loading and unloading (3 cranes rated at 5 Tons each) and several jib cranes which which are rated at 1 ton each. The structure also has 3 phase power in most of the three buildings on site. The building has over 38,000 sq ft in the three buildings with the main building containing 32,670sq ft and 20' ceilings. A great building for a number of different uses, especially since the property has security fencing around the perimeter.
