Formerly Westport Middle School, the building was built in 1923. in the 1990's, an addition was built to serve as a resource library for the school. In 2015, a multi-award winning reconstruction and restoration project was started and we opened our doors as the world's largest coworking facility in the fall of 2017. All encompassing, Plexpod Westport Commons spans 160,000 square feet between seven stories. Original hardwood floors, wood trim, built-in lockers, facade and marble flooring are found among other historic features throughout the space. Today, the state-of-the-art amenities, business resources and inspiring design allow companies of all sizes to grow and successfully operate their company at Plexpod for a fraction of the cost compared to traditional office space.
