30 Garber Square is the former location of the George L. Pease Library in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Spanning 3,998 square feet across two floors, the building was built between 1921 and 1923 and served as Ridgewood’s main library for decades. The stately Italian Renaissance-style building is an exceptional example of Palladian design, which was popular during the time of construction. In 2010, the property was converted to office space while maintaining the original architectural features and finishing details. There are two wings in the front of the building, both with working fireplaces and areas that can serve as private offices or large conference rooms. The main floor provides an open workspace with 20-foot ceiling heights, two smaller private offices, and a conference room. A small kitchen, a large storage room, and two balconies overlooking the main work area are located on the second floor. Tenants also enjoy ample on-site parking, two ADA-compliant bathrooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, and natural light-flooded spaces. 30 Garber Square is in the heart of the Village of Ridgewood, near numerous local dining options, Whole Foods Market, and Van Neste Square Memorial Park. Combining history and function, businesses will find the tools they need to thrive at the best-in-class 30 Garber Square.
