This newly constructed retail center in Sturtevant, Wisconsin is slated to be completed in the Fall of 2023. Once complete, the center will contain two building totaling 12,000 square feet total. Both buildings in the center will feature suites with drive-thru availability. The center will be highly visibly, with approximately 18,400 vehicles per day, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
