Wishaw is located in North Lanarkshire and lies approximately 15 miles south east of Glasgow city centre. The town has a population of around 30,000 persons and lies close to the M8 and M74 motorways with excellent links to Scotland’s motorway network. The Main Street forms part of the A721 running through the town centre. The subjects are located on the north side of Main Street, between the junctions of Belhaven Terrace and Dryburgh Road within Wishaw town centre. The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial in nature and nearby occupiers include a variety of local occupiers.
