MicroFlex™ spaces are individually leased spaces designed and built with characteristics of a warehouse, office, storage facility, and showroom space. With units starting around 1,000 square feet, they come in multiple configurations, all with flexible lease terms to take the hassle out of getting your business or hobby a home base. All units will be 1,000 SF up to 1,550 SF and may include a 200 SF office and/or 300 loft / mezzanine. Each unit will include an ADA accessible restroom and be fully heated and cooled.
