2905 Wilderness is a two-story, office building in the evolving Wilderness Place business park southwest of Foothills Parkway and Valmont Rd. This centrally located business park is in the Transit Village Area Plan which is close to the RTD Bus Station and many new retail and residential developments with additional paths, transit connections, retail outlets & mixed uses on the way! The area has recently garnered lots of interest from life science users and developers.
