The City of Leominster is seeking proposals for the sale or lease of the former City Police Station. The Request for Proposals document will be available 6/18/2025 on the City website at www.leominster-ma.gov, look under the Purchasing Department sub-page and click on "Active Bids" to open/download the RFP document. The City is not necessarily seeking the highest price, but rather the best proposed use for the building, given its location downtown, next to a fire station. The Police Station is in disrepair both inside & outside and will need a full renovation. There will be an open house scheduled on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 10:00am to Noon for interested parties to tour the interior of the building. The exterior may be viewed at any time.
