Historic Homewood Theater Building in the center of the downtown Homewood shopping district is for lease. 50x105' this building has a historic 'art deco' style facade on 18th street, and was built around 1927. There is an engineered steel second floor in the rear of the building that can be seen in the photos. The building currently is in use as a bike shop and is open for inspection upon request and appointment.
