This property holds tremendous development potential within the Horse Hills Area Structure Plan, where it is largely designated for residential development. With immediate tie-in potential to the Northeast Regional Trunk Sewer (NERTS), as shown in ASP’s Figure 15, the site is primed for growth and infrastructure connection.
