Coral Ridge is one of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest neighborhoods, with a homeowner’s associations that was founded in 1949. Coral Ridge stretches from East Sunrise Blvd., north to East Oakland Park Blvd., and from the Intracoastal Waterway west to the Middle River. Coral Ridge consists of about 1,350 single family homes with several duplexes, condominiums, and town houses. Bayview Elementary School is one of the best public elementary schools in South Florida and one of the primary reasons the real estate market has stayed strong in the neighborhood for so many years.
