2797 Irving Blvd is undergoing an interior and exterior renovation. A new roof and plumbing line was recently installed. Construction is about to commence on the move-in ready spec suites available for occupancy this fall. Additional improvements include new storefronts, windows and a gate along Irving Blvd. The spaces will have its own private loading dock and will consist of a mix of warehouse and office space.
