Future Development -- This district reserves those areas within the municipality which are rural in character until such time that the land is required for urban purposes. Development must be consistent with the future development concepts within the Municipal Development Plan. The redistricting of land to other land use districts will normally occur subsequent to the approval of an area structure plan and prior to the endorsement of a proposed subdivision.
