Originally constructed as a 600,000 square foot, rail-served warehouse for Boston retailer Jordan Marsh, Riverside Center was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and redeveloped by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in 2000. It is one of the Greater Boston area's newest office assets totaling 509,702 square feet. Riverside Center consists of three interconnected office buildings and its features include a sun-filled glass atrium, covered parking (both below-grade and in an adjacent garage), 24/7 building access, a fitness center, and food service.
Riverside Center is immediately adjacent to the MBTA's Riverside Station, which serves as the terminus of Green Line and provides direct access via the "T" (Boston’s subway system) to Boston's Back Bay and Financial District. The property is also conveniently located at the Mass Pike / Route 128 interchange and is thus about 15-20 minutes from downtown Boston and Logan International Airport.
