Located at 2722 East Michigan Avenue, The Hive has wonderful access to Downtown Lansing and East Lansing. Each office space is private, lockable, and able to be flexibly laid out. Included amenities: fiber optic wifi, lounge, shared kitchen, shared conference facilities, gym, parking, all utilities, trash, and common area cleaning. The Hive is located above one of Lansing's finest restaurants, The People's Kitchen. The Hive also includes The East Side Barbershop. Our goal was to make it possible for each of our tenants to never have to leave the building during a workday.
