The project is located at the final station of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) line. DART connects the development by train to downtown Dallas and Plano to the north. Westmoreland Station draws upon the high density of Hispanic families (82% of households) within the surrounding 2 miles of the project. The trade area boasts a strong base of homeowners at 61% of households within 2 miles of the project. Adjacent to the project is a Fiesta Mart that consistently outperforms its other stores.
