Collins Construction renovated a portion of the existing building for Class A corporate offices of our family of companies. The building hosts heavy electric power, public water, public sewer and natural gas. In 2019 D.A. Collins Construction renovated 22,000 SF of the building to house the Warren-Saratoga-Washington-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooporative Educational Services (WSWHE BOCES) to be the headquarters of their School Support Services Units and their state-of-the-art Conference Center. Expansive building space is available to renovate and additional buildings are on the Planned Unit Development plan.
