Originally built by the Mission Viejo Company in 1984, the Promenade Shopping Center is the oldest shopping center in Highlands Ranch. It was fully renovated in 2016 and boasts, a sitting park, walking/running track, dog park/training facility and free, fiber-based wi-fi access. The center offers food and beverage services, real estate services, insurance services, spa services (traditional and medical), nail and tanning services, chiropractic and physical therapy services, martial arts training, fitness training, specialty golf services, fitness equipment, bicycles, hot tubs and more.
