The subject property is Surplus Real Estate owned by the State of Utah. Property is sold in "AS IS" "Where Is" condition. Per State rules, the property will be listed on the market for a minimum of 60 days at which times proposal offers will be reviewed and negotiated. All buyers may submit a proposal. The proposal document is attached. A copy of the purchase contract is also attached for reference. Once a proposal is approved by the Seller, the purchase contract will be completed. On or about September 30, 2026 proposals will be evaluated and a proposal will be selected to negotiate. Seller will negotiate the "Highest and Best" but reserves the right to choose or reject any offer.
