The former Pioneer Gas Furnace building was renovated in 2019 into Pioneer Lavada Jones--another signature, unique property by Guerrilla Development. Seven office suites throw open overhead rollup doors into a new hidden interior courtyard, created by removing a portion of the roof from the former warehouse area, leaving the historic bowstring trusses exposed. Four retail spaces take advantage of heavy foot and vehicular traffic on Sandy Blvd. The office spaces also have heavy timber mezzanines and factory-style windows opening onto the court.
