South Road Crossing is located directly on US Route 9 (South Road) with approximately 55,000 cars per day passing by, Sleep Number, uBreakiFix, Smoothie King and Jersey Mikes Subs have been open and performing well for a couple of years. Home 2 Suites has been open for a couple of years and provides constant traffic to the site. The Yoga House, Cumbl and Dutchess Roots haev been open about 1 year and are perfoming above expectations. Crumbl is a top 10 store in the chain over over 1,000 locations. My Local Infusion and Lagree Fitness are opening in Summer of 2026.
