262 Central Park West, also known as The White House, is one of Central Park West’s top pre-war residential buildings and provides elegant interiors, an excellent array of services and amenities, as well as spectacular Central Park and reservoir views. The 15-story building was designed by the architectural firm of Sugarman and Berger and was completed in 1928 and converted to cooperative in 1961.
