The Ventura Unified School District has released a Request for Proposals for 255 West Stanley Avenue in Ventura, California. The District is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to purchase or lease the property in its AS IS condition. The District will also accept and consider proposals offering to provide planning, design, construction and operation of a workforce housing development for District employees.
