The building is a former lamp factory that was beautifully renovated in 2010 into a LEED building -- great building. And our Suite 238 is awesome!! We have up to 800 SF available, but it is divisible, so take a work station, or several. Rent is very reasonable and depends on amount of space. Work stations are large -- 8 X 10 feet.
