It is a two-story, Class B office building ideal for office space or a medical facility, just a few minutes from Interstate I-25 and a twenty-minute drive from downtown Santa Fe. The ideal space consists of an office suite, two small conference rooms, a training room, and 14 private offices. All spaces are equipped with telephone and data ports. The corridor space in the office suite includes an area for office supplies and a coffee station, as well as a kitchen and lunch/break room area.
